We love all cheeses equally, but there’s something special about raclette, the meltiest and sexiest of all the cheeses. Like fondue, raclette is a typical après-ski meal invented in Switzerland. Traditionally, the cheese is held up to a fire to get it nice and melty and then scraped from the half-wheel atop other delicious foods like potatoes and cornichons.
To celebrate this very special cheese, we’re throwing a raclette party on the patio with a full wheel of cheese just waiting to be scraped onto your plate.
